• Acceptable Use: You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

Services Offered

• Description of Services: QPay provides a platform for online bill payments and recharges. We facilitate transactions through our partnerships with third-party service providers, including Cashfree (payment gateway) and MobiKwik (BBPS operator unit).
• Third-Party Services: Our services rely on the availability and functionality of third-party services. We are not responsible for any disruptions, errors, or limitations caused by these third-party providers.
• Service Changes: QPay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of its services at any time, with or without notice.

Payment and Fees

• Payment Methods: We accept payments through the Cashfree payment gateway, which supports various payment methods such as debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and UPI.
• Fees: QPay may charge fees for certain services. Any applicable fees will be displayed clearly before you complete a transaction.
• Refunds and Cancellations: Our Refund and Cancellation Policy, available on our website and app, governs refunds and cancellations for bill payment transactions.

User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when using our services.
• Transaction Authorization: You authorize QPay to process transactions on your behalf based on the information you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payment instructions.
• Prohibited Activities: You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, transmitting viruses or harmful code, and engaging in any activity that could disrupt or interfere with our services.

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the QPay App, website, and services, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, are owned by Qax Tech Private Limited.
• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• Service Availability: QPay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of our services but are not liable for any disruptions or downtime.
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers. We disclaim any liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services.
• Indirect Damages: QPay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Termination

• Termination by QPay: We may terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or misuse of our services.
• Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India.
